during the trips?

To capture the essence of your travel, we have selected accommodation
with local character wherever possible. In the cities, our hotel rooms
are based on a twin sharing basis with private facilities. In remote
local villages, you can expect simple and clean facilities. When we
camp, we provide the best possible comfortable tents.

in the trips?

We provide a variety of tasty meals with plenty of fresh ingredients. In
the cities, we select a variety of restaurants or cafes for meals during
your trip. Our cooks always ensure high standards of hygiene while
putting together traditional local dishes of Vietnam during home stays
in local villages. Your good health is of paramount importance to us on
your trips. Please let us know if you have any special requirements.
Q. Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees. We include all transportations in Vietnam,
most meals, accommodations and much of the equipments that you will need
for your travel. With the qualities, inclusions and rates, we think you
will agree our holidays are of the best value around.
Q. How safe is the trip?

Your well-being is our first priority on all your trips. We constantly
review every aspect of all trips and our local guides are no strangers
to the terrains of the regions.
Q. Can I organise my own group?

Yes, you can. If you would like to vary the itinerary, we would be happy
to devise a programme to suit your personal travel needs. This service
is available to any individual or group. There is no constrain of the
number of people to start a trip. We customised holidays for families,
schools, companies, teachers, friends, clubs and special interest groups
regularly.
Q. What happens if
I am a single traveller?

Our small groups travel are a mix of single travellers, couples,
families and friends. Single travellers can choose between paying a
supplement for a single room, or paying the twin price and sharing with
another single traveller of the same gender.

Our trips can be undertaken by anyone that is of reasonable health and
fitness. All our trips are graded, allowing you to choose a suitable
trip. Please refer to our grading in each section of our trips in this
website. You can also speak to our expert staff on the physical
requirements of your trip.
Q. How often is a trip
cancelled?
Unless the weather does not permit, will we cancel a trip for your
safety.

insurance?

Travel insurance is NOT included, we strongly recommend that
travellers have their own travel insurance against illness, injury,
loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the
confirmed departure date.

You can book online by filling in the booking forms. When
completed, submit it to us. You can also email us or call our staff to
book through the phone. Once we have confirm your booking, comprehensive
Pre-trip notes regarding visas, personal clothing, equipment etc will be
send to you by post or email to ensure you are fully prepared for your
adventure.

Once your booking is confirm, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of trip
price per person is required. Our quotation are in USD. Full settlement
should be received no later than 30 working days prior to trip date.

should I make a confirm booking?

If a small group travel or trip seems right for you, we encourage you to
contact us to check the availability. Many of our trips require us to
obtain services on your behalf, for instance, train berths to Sapa, air
flights to Zhong Dian, Chinese Junks in Ha Long Bay, just to name a few.
The demands for these services are increasing making it difficult to
join or secure a trip last minute. To ensure that you get your desired
trip and avoid disappointment, we ask that you check the availability of
a trip at your earliest convenience.
