Itinerary:
Day 1: Sapa - Y Linh Ho _ Lao Chai - Ta Van
After breakfast, Trek to Cat Cat village of Black Mong people. Continue to Y Ling Ho village then Lao Chai village. Picnic lunch. After lunch, trek to Ta Van village of Zay people. Dinner with local family. Overnight in Ta Van village. (Lunch and dinner)

Day 2: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Ban Ho
After breakfast, bid goodbye to the family and trek to Giang Ta Chai village of Red Zao people. After lunch, start to Ban Ho village of Tay minority people. Enjoy a swim in the waterfall in Ban Ho village. Overnight in village. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Day 3: Ban Ho - My Son - Thanh Phu
After breakfast, trek to Nam Tong village followed by Nam Ken village of Xa Pho people. Continue to My Son village. Lunch in the village. After lunch, start to Thanh Phu of Tay minority people. Dinner with local family in Thanh Phu. Overnight in village. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Day 4: Thanh Phu - Sapa
After breakfast, trek to Supan. Transfer back to hotel in Sapa by road. Trip concludes. (Breakfast)
