Tao Dan
Cultural Park:
Tao Dan Cultural Park is in the centre of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh
City), an entertainment and recreational venue for local people in
Saigon. This is the biggest park in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) with lots
of big and green trees. The park is open at day and night. This park is
full of people doing morning exercise, jogging, Tai chi. It is more
interesting to visit this park early in the morning as it is not too hot
and you can join the local people for exercise.
The War
Remnants Museum:
Address: 28 Vo Van Tan, in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon),
Vietnam. The War Remnants Museum shows great display evident relating to
the American - Vietnam War and now, the War Remnants Museum is a major
tourist attraction in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam. The War
Remnants Museum was opened in 1975 as the "The House for Displaying War
Crimes of American Imperialism and the Puppet Government [of South
Vietnam]." After that it was changed to the Museum of American War
Crimes, then the War Crimes Museum until as recently as 1993. Its
current name follows liberalization in Vietnam and the normalization of
relations with the United States, but the museum does not attempt to be
politically balanced. The museum comprises a series of eight themed
rooms in several buildings, with period military equipment located
within a walled yard. The military equipment include a UH-1 "Huey"
helicopter, an F-5A fighter, a BLU-82 "Daisy Cutter" bomb, M48 Patton
tank, and an A-1 attack bomber.

Saigon
Notre-Dame Basilica:
Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica is a cathedral located
in the downtown of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Established by French
colonists, the cathedral was constructed between 1863 and 1880. It has
two bell towers, reaching a height of 58 meters (190 feet). Following
the French conquest of Cochinchina and Saigon, the Roman Catholic Church
established a community and religious services for French colonialists.
The first church was built on Rue 5 (today's Ngo Duc Ke Street). This
had been a Vietnamese pagoda, which had been abandoned during the war.
Bishop Lefevre decided to make this pagoda a church. Saigon Notre-dame
Cathedral Church is one of the famous tourist attraction in Ho Chi Minh

Ben Thanh Market:
Ben Thanh Market owns the best location in
Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), right in the centre of the city. Ben Thanh

Thien Hau Pagoda:
Thien Hau Pagoda is Located in the center of Chinatown, Thien Hau
Pagoda was built by the Cantonese people in 1760 to pay their
thankfulness to the Goddess for her protection during their immigration
to Vietnam. Thien Hau Pagoda is famous for its huge, circled incense
that can burn for a whole month and this is only can be seen in Thien
Hau pagoda in Saigon and Vietnam.
Reunification
Palace:
Reunification Palace formerly known as Independence Palace built
on the site of the former Norodom Palace. Reunification Palace is a
historic landmark in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam. Reunification
Palace was designed by architect Ngo Viet Thu as the home and workplace
of the President of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War and the site of
the official handover of power during the Fall of Saigon on April 30,
1975. It was then known as Independence Palace, and an NVA tank crashed
through its gates, as recorded by Neil Davis. Reunification Palace opens
from 07.30 to 11.00 in the morning and 13.00 to 16.00 in the afternoon.
The entrance fee will be charged. Back

Saigon China Town:
China town is a bustling town of Chinese-Vietnamese. China town
was started by the end of 18th century when the Minh dynasty in China
was overthrown. China town has many shops that still keep the
traditional Chinese architect and its unique culture. Saigon China Town
is the only China Town you can find in Vietnam and this is a unique
character of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). Saigon China Town is famous with
its Binh Tay market built by one Chinese businessman. Binh Tay Market is
the biggest whole sales market in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). Most
